    • A manufacturing method for glass beads for XRF according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of charging a crucible with a Fe-P ferro alloy, a fusing agent, and an oxidizing agent; a first heating step of oxidizing the charged Fe-P ferro alloy by heating the crucible; a second heating step of melting the oxidized Fe-P by reheating the crucible; a step of conveying the melt into a mold; and a step of forming glass beads by cooling the mold which receives the melt. In the charging step, the fusing agent is firstly put into the crucible, a mixture of the Fe-P ferro alloy and the oxidizing agent is put into the top center of the charged fusing agent in order to avoid being in contact with the crucible, and then the fusing agent is put into the crucible again in order to cover the whole charged materials. In the charging step, the weight of the charged fusing agent is 30 to 40 times of the weight of the Fe-P ferro alloy, and the weight of the charged oxidizing agent is 4 to 6 times of the weight of the Fe-P ferro alloy.

    • PURPOSE: A water bath for a reaction beaker is provided to easily take in or out the beaker while indirectly heating the beaker for performing reaction and composition in a laboratory. CONSTITUTION: The water bath includes a water bath body(10) filled with water(W) therein and with a heating wire(12) in a bottom of the body, a beaker holding member(30) installed to both sides of the water bath body so that the member moves up and down to the body, an agitating member(50). The agitating member has a lower casing(52) coupled to the beaker holding member and an upper casing(54) coupled to an upper portion of a lower casing(52) and vibrating the reaction beaker. The beaker holding member has a movable plate(36) and a movable bar(38).
