    • 본 발명은 열전모듈의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 저항을 최소화하여 보다 우수한 성능의 열전모듈을 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 열전모듈의 제조 방법에 있어서, 열전모듈의 저온부 전극 접합시 열전소자와 전극 사이에 치밀하고 연속적인 도전층을 형성하고, 도전성 접착제를 사용하여 상기 전극에 외부단자를 연결하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같은 구성에 의해 본 발명은 계면의 전기저항값을 감소시켜 열전발전 및 열전냉각용 모듈로서 실용성이 높은 열전모듈을 제조할 수 있다.
