    • 본 발명은 코크스를 건류하는 탄화실을 보수하는 코크스 오븐 설비의 탄화실 보수 장치로서, 탄화실의 손상 부위로 보수용 원료를 분사하는 노즐을 구비하며, 수평 이동하여 상기 탄화실 내의 코크스를 압출하는 압출기에 장착되어, 압출기와 함께 전진 및 후진 이동하는 분사부 및 노즐과 연결되어 상기 노즐의 분사 높이를 조절하는 구동 유닛을 포함한다.
      본 발명의 실시형태에 의하면, 탄화실의 손상 부위 위치까지 분사부의 이송이 용이하며, 분사부 노즐이 손상 부위까지 이송되면 상기 노즐을 상하 방향으로 회전시켜 분사 높이 조절이 가능하다. 이에 종래와 같이 작업자가 랜스를 직접 잡고 보수 작업을 실시할 때에 비해 손상 부위 위치에 구애 받지 않고 보수를 할 수 있으며, 탄화실 전체 영역에 대해 보수 작업이 용이하다. 또한, 안전하게 보수 작업을 실시할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
