The shot blast includes: one or more blades which rotate in one direction; an air pathway which is connected to an end of the blade and supplies air to the blade; and an air chamber which is connected to the air pathway. The shot ball passes between adjacent blades and then is thrown on the surface of the steel sheet. One or more air discharging holes that discharge air are arranged on the surface of the blade.

    • PURPOSE: A moving wheel device for a horizontal loop car is provided to travel the loop car smoothly by moving wheels actively in deforming the rail for traveling the loop car, and to cut down cost by lengthening the life span of the wheel with preventing accidents. CONSTITUTION: A fixing stopper(24) and a sliding shaft(22) are integrally formed at both sides of a fixing shaft(50), and an elastic rubber pad(17) is attached to the fixing stopper. A recess processing part(18') is formed inside the fixing stopper, and a spiral grease inlet part(26) is recessed in the outside of the sliding shaft. A round guide rail is formed in the sliding shaft, and an insertion ball(20) is rotated and inserted to the guide rail. The sliding shaft is combined with an expansion spring(19'), a moving wheel(16), an expansion spring(19), a bellows pipe(15) and a cap(23) sequentially, and the bellows pipe is installed between the cap and the moving wheel. The productivity is increased by moving the loop car smoothly despite deformation of the rail.

    • PURPOSE: A method is provided to hot rolling an austenite grouped stainless steel slab by charging the slab into a heating furnace in a hot state after cooling the slab slowly. CONSTITUTION: An austenite grouped stainless steel slab is composed of less than 0.08wt% of C, less than 1.0wt% of Si, less than 2.0wt% of Mn, less than 0.040wt% of P, less than 0.030wt% of S, 18.0 to 20.0wt% of Cr, 8.0 to 10.5wt% of Ni and the remain of Fe and incidental impurities. The slab is continuously cast and suddenly cooled in a temperature of 950 to 1050°C for 1 to 5minutes and then slowly cooled. The slab is charged into a hot rolling furnace when the temperature lowers to 300 to 600°C. Thereby, the austenite grouped stainless steel slab has excellent surface quality.
