摘要： A nozzle unit of a rotary rubber injection machine with a warming device is provided to optimize melt and temperature conditions of material passing through the inside of the nozzle unit by continuously applying heat of high efficiency. A nozzle unit(10) of a rotary rubber injection machine with a warming device comprises a heat medium oil circulating groove(50), a heat medium oil tank(60), and a coupling hose(62). The heat medium oil circulating groove is formed at the external circumference of a nozzle pipe(20) of a nozzle unit. The heat medium oil circulating groove applies the fixed heat to the whole extrude material which an extruded material conveying groove(21) passes through. A heat medium oil supply groove(51) is formed at one side of the heat medium oil circulating groove. The heat medium oil discharge groove(52) is formed at the other side of the heat medium oil circulating groove. The heat medium oil tank and the coupling hose are installed at the outside of the heat medium oil supply groove and the heat medium oil discharge groove respectively. The coupling hose is connected to a heat medium oil circulating pump(61).

A rotary driving apparatus of a rotary rubber injection molding machine comprises a worm wheel(100), a worm gear(110), a worm shaft(120), a reverse-rotating prevention spring unit(130), a driving shaft(150), and a drive motor(200). The worm wheel is horizontally fixed to the bottom surface of the rotary table(30) of the rotary injection machine. The worm gear is formed at a right angle to the worm wheel. The worm gear and the worm shaft are mounted on the outer side of the worm wheel of the horizontal state. The reverse-rotating prevention spring unit is installed at one side of the worm shaft. The driving shaft is installed at a right angle to a rear worm shaft of the reverse-rotating prevention spring unit. The rotational direction of one end of the driving shaft is converted by a bevel gear(140).

The power distribution unit is installed at the upper end of the supporting shaft. A circular electrode(222) is installed at the power portion distribution unit in multi-stages.
