CONSTITUTION: A geothermal cooling and heating system for a building comprises a water tub inside the building, a water tub outside the building, a gravitational pipe, a supply pipe, a supply pump, a compressor, a first geothermal heat exchanger, a second geothermal heat exchanger, a load heat exchanger, a 8-1 opening/closing valve, a 8-2 opening/closing valve, and a four way valve. The four way valve connects an outlet of the compressor and a second end of the first geothermal heat exchanger in a cooling mode. The four way valve connects the outlet of the compressor and the second end of the load heat exchanger in a heating mode. The four way valve connects the second end of the first geothermal heat exchanger and an eighth refrigerant pipe between the 8-1 opening/closing valve and the 8-2 opening/closing valve.
