CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of a separator comprises an elongated sheet conveying apparatus(10) which includes a carrying mechanism(19) and an elongated sheet reversing device(15), a melt blow spinning device(20) which forms a first fiber layer on one side of an elongated sheet(110), and a field emission device(40) which forms a second spinning layer on one side of the elongated sheet. The melt blow spinning device, the elongated sheet reversing device, and the field emission device are arranged along a sending direction of the elongated sheet.

A manufacturing method of the separator comprises: a step of preparing the substrate layer; a step of forming the nanofiber layer which comprises the conjugated nanofiber(22) on one side of the substrate layer by electric spinning; and a step of attaching the substrate layer and the nanofiber layer by using the nanofiber.

The base layer is made of a high efficiency particulate air filter using non-woven fabric. A preparing method of the filter includes the following steps: the base layer is prepared; the nanofiber layer is formed on the base layer by an electric field spinning method using a polymer solution containing polymer materials in order to prepare a nano fiber complex with the stack of the base layer and the nanofiber layer; and the silver is deposited on the nanofiber layer of the nano fiber complex.
