    • PURPOSE: A concrete surface waterproofing and a construction method of a floor to which an environmentally friendly material are provided to improve the workability by protecting a worker from harmful environment and bad smell during the construction and to reinforce the waterproofing function. CONSTITUTION: A bottom layer of a concrete structure is surface-processed. A water solubility primer is coated on the entire bottom layer in order to form a primer layer. A polyurethane coating layer is formed by coating polyurethane to an upper part of a primer layer. A polyurea layer is formed by coating an environmentally friendly and nontoxic polyurea resin on the upper part of the polyurethane coating layer.       본 발명에 따르면 석면이 함유된 건축자재를 해체하지 않아 별도의 폐기물을 발생시키지 않으면서도 건축자재로부터 석면이 비산되지 않도록 차단시키고 항균 및 살균 효과를 발휘함으로써 석면 비산 위험에 노출되어 있는 환경을 저비용으로 쾌적하고 안전한 공간으로 변화시킬 수가 있어, 결과적으로 국가적 환경문제인 석면 리스크의 최소화를 효과적으로 실현할 수가 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A ventilation construction method in a roof parking lot is provided to prevent debonding and segregation defects of a waterproof layer by discharging moisture generated in a waterproof bottom surface and waterproof layer and to enhance a waterproof structure and the durability of a building by maintaining a dried state. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation construction method in a roof parking lot is as follows. A bottom surface of a roof where a waterproof layer is arranged is cleaned. A position where a set anchor is installed is marked, and a ventilation pipe is prepared to be installed. The set anchor is installed to set a car stopper. The ventilation pip is installed in the middle of a marked position of the car stopper. A primer layer is formed by spraying primer. A fiber sheet layer is formed by paving a fiber sheet up to a steam lead-in surface of the ventilation pipe. A primary waterproof layer is formed to fully fill into a hole of the fiber sheet, thereby being integrated with the fiber sheet. A stiffening tape is pasted in a wall and corner. A second waterproof layer reinforcing the primary waterproof layer and acting as an elastic waterproof layer is formed. A durable coating layer is formed after hardening the second waterproof layer. A top coating layer is formed on the durable coating layer. The car stopper is fixed on the set anchor after hardening the top coating layer. Surrounding is cleaned and waterproof work is ended.       본 고안의 고정클립을 사용하여 시공하면 압축성형 시멘트 패널의 조립을 간편하게 하여 시공의 편리성을 도모하여 공기 단축을 할 수 있고, 시공 후 상기 시멘트 패널의 뒤틀림을 방지하여 조립된 패널의 평탄성과 조인트부분의 직선화를 이루어 상기 시멘트 패널 시공후 외관의 미려함을 제공하는 효과가 있다.

The 35000 to 5000 holes are formed within the waterproof fiber sheet of 1 m^2. The diameter of the hole is 2 to 5 mm. The waterproof fiber sheet is made of flame-retardant or fire-resistant fabrics to restrict propagation of a fire. Deformation of the hole is restricted or distorted by passing the connecting the thread to the hole.
