    • PURPOSE: A lactation bottle for a baby is provided which doesn't release endocrine disrupter like bisphenol-A and keeps good repetitive thermal resistance so that it is cost-effective in using for a long time. CONSTITUTION: Production process of the lactation bottle for a baby is characterized by the steps of: (i) melting and injecting yeast polyester or co-polyester resin with 80-100mol% of dimethyl-2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylate(NDC) to prepare a Preform under the below conditions; and (ii) re-heating and blowing-molding. The condition of this process is as follows: (1) intrinsic viscosity of yeast polyester or co-polyester: 0.68-0.80 dl/g 2, (2) re-heating temperature of Preform: 165-210°C, and (3) elongation ratio toward horizontal and vertical direction in blowing-molding: 1.5-2.5 times.

    • PURPOSE: A thermostable polyethylenenaphthalate nursing bottle for infants is provided, which produces no environmental hormone like as bisphenol-A and has thermostability and consequently shows low volume-change rate against sterilization with boiled water. CONSTITUTION: A process for thermostable preparation of polyethylenenaphthalate nursing bottle for infants comprises the steps of: preparing copolymer polyethylenenaphthalate resin(glass transition temperature is 117°C) using 92 mol% of naphthaleneterephthalate(NDC) and 8 mol% of terephthalic acid(TPA) as an acid ingredient, and ethyleneglycol(EG) as a glycol ingredient; pouring 97wt.% of the copolymer resin and 3wt.% of talc(average particle diameter is 2.5micrometer) into a twin screw extruder to get a resin composition of nursing bottle; pouring the resin composition into 1-stage of melting-injection molding machine, and melt-injection molding to get a preparatory mold; reheating the preparatory mold at 195°C in a pot, blow molding at 170°C in a blow mold under 3kgf/cm¬2 of blow pressure to get the nursing bottle for infants.

    • PURPOSE: A polyester film to be dyed easily and its dyeing method are provided, to improve the fixing velocity and to allow the film to be dyed uniformly without deterioration of the intrinsic physical properties of the film. CONSTITUTION: The polyester film comprises 1-98 mol% of copolymerized or blended naphthalenyl group. The tensile strength of the polyester film is 20-30 kg/inch. The dyeing method comprises the steps of dyeing the polyester film by using a sublimable solvent dye and a dyeing carrier at a temperature above the glass transition temperature of the polyester film; washing it with a washing solution containing an organic solvent continuously; and drying it. Preferably the dyeing carrier is selected from the group consisting of a glycol-based compound comprising water, ethylene glycol and propylene glycol; a glycerol-based compound comprising glycerol triacetate; a fatty acid glycerol ester comprising linoleic acid, linolenic acid, oleic acid and palmitic acid; and a natural fatty acid glycerol ester comprising a linseed oil, a soybean oil and a safflower oil.
