    • Manmade leather with good flexibility is manufactured by forming micro pores in a polyurethane elastomer. Synthetic fiber such as nylon 6, polyethylene terephthalate undergoes a padding process by contactingpolyvinyl alcohol of 3-15% concentration for softness contacted with the PU elastomer. DMF solution of a polyether PU elastomer of low molecular diol, macroglycol, and diisocyanate is mixed with silica powder with an average granule size of 2-10 micrometers as much as 5-10% of PU solids for a superfine fiber. Extraction of the silica from the elastomer provides a microporous manmade leather with good flexibility.

    • The lower coated layer is prepared by coating 20-70g/m2 of polar organic solvent soln. on fiber cloths that comprises 2-5% nonionic surfactant, 0.1-2% anionic surfactant, 0.1-10% silica gel, 0.2-5% polyisocyanate and 12-30% polyamino urethane resin with amino acid of 10-45%; solidifying in water to form ultramicro hole; extracting polar solvent with alkali soln.; extracting silica gel; drying. The upper coated layer is prepared by coating 50-150g/m2 of polar organic solvent soln. on the lower coated layer that comprises 0.1-2% nonionic surfactant, 2-5% anionic surfactant, 0.1-10% silica gel of 0.2-5% polyisocyanate and 12-30% polyamino urethane resin with amino acid of 50-70%; solidifying, extracting, and drying.
