CONSTITUTION: A loess molded body manufacturing method comprises next steps: collecting and drying loess; pulverizing the dried loess using a crusher; assorting the crushed loess using a 300 mesh sieve; manufacturing modified loess by eliminating iron using a magnet; mixing 54-67 weight% of SiO2, 3-4.5 weight% of K2O, 11-13 weight% of Al2O3, 2-3.5 weight% of Fe2O3, 13-16 weight% of CaO, 1-2 weight% of MgO, 2-4 weight% of Na2O, and 1-3 weight% of S and manufacturing an additive composite; preparing 30 weight% of the modified loess with 70 weight% of the additive composite in order to prepare raw loess and mixing the raw loess with hardening agent in 4:1 ratio; molding the raw loess kneading using a mold frame; and drying the molding over 7 hours.
