A mobile terminal information transceiver(150) transceives data with the terminal. A mobile terminal identification processor(110) determines whether the mobile terminal(100) uses the WLAN, manages the list of terminals using the WLAN, and stores information about WLAN use of the terminal in the data management system(120). An operator connecting unit(130) is for being inputted with commands of an administrator. The transmitters(12) respectively amplify the IF band signals transferred from the modulators(11) and generate an H-POL(Horizontal Polarization) signal and a V-POL(Vertical Polarization) signal. The orthomode transducer(13) combines the H-POL signal with the V-POL signal to execute orthogonal transduction. The polarizer(14) extracts circular polarization signals from the transduced polarization signals. The dual-polarized diplexer(15) emits the extracted circular polarization signals through a hub antenna(16).
