    • A system and a method for managing an IP addresses are provided to find/manage idle IP addresses in the IP network by checking use details of the IP address based on an analysis of flow data collected from the IP network and comparing the use details with IP assignment information. A flow processor(200) interprets a format of the flow data by collecting the flow data from the IP network, extracts the currently used IP address by analyzing a source and destination IP address from the format of the interpreted flow data, and generates statistics data, which is the IP address use details, by determining whether the extracted IP address is managed by an ISP(Internet Service Provider). A database stores assignment details of the IP addresses managed by the ISP and stores the IP address use details received from the flow processor. An IP address manager determines abnormality of the IP address use details by analyzing the IP address assignment details and the ID address use details, and collects/manages idle IP address resources by transmitting an alarm if the abnormality of the IP address is determined.

If the access network probe of the specific area receives the corresponding interesting object IP list, a packet included in the interesting object IP list is extracted by recognizing IP address in a packet(S150, S160). Quality measurement is performed about the extracted packet(S170). A result of quality measurement is provided to a quality analisis server(S180).

    • A traffic calculation system and a method thereof using a unique number of ISP network are provided to provide traffic collected from specific link by classifying the traffic according to ISP(Internet Service Provider) network. A flow generator(100) collects the packet of an arbitrary router positioned in the connecting cable of a second ISP network and a first ISP network. The collected packet is generated as flow.
