    • PURPOSE: A basic ternary system metallic oxide catalyst for etherification of glycerine, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing method of polyglycerine using the same are provided to prevent a color change of the product and bad smell, to suppress production of ring type polyglycerine even under a warm reacting condition, and to obtain linear type polyglycerine in a high content. CONSTITUTION: A basic ternary system metallic oxide catalyst for etherification of glycerine is indicated as (CaO)a·(CaLaAl3O7)b·(La2O3)c. In the chemical formula above, a, b, and c indicates weight ratio of CaO, CaLaAl3O7, and La2O3 to 100 wt% of the total catalyst. A manufacturing method of the metallic oxide catalyst comprises the steps of: producing precipitate of mixed metal hydroxide type by adding aqueous solution containing calcium salt, aluminum salt, and landthanum salt, and alkaline precipitation agent aqueous solution to sodium chloride aqueous solution; stirring at 40-80 deg C; obtaining hydrotalcite type metal hydroxide powder by separating, washing, and drying the precipitate; and plasticizing the metal hydroxide powder at 400-800 deg C among the air.     • A method for preparing a long chain aliphatic tertiary amine is provided to produce the aliphatic tertiary amine from a long chain aliphatic alcohol in high yield under a milder condition using a heterogeneous catalyst having good reaction stability, reaction selectivity, and activity. The method for preparing a long chain aliphatic tertiary amine consists of aminating a C8-36 long chain aliphatic alcohol into a dimethyl amine in the presence of a hydrocalumite-like mixed metal oxide catalyst represented by a formula 1 of [M3Al(OH)6]3NO3.nH2O. In the formula, M comprises a metal element of Cu, Ni, Zn, and Ca having an oxidation number of 2, wherein the M comprises 0.5-1.5 parts by mole of Cu, 0.05-0.15 parts by mole of Ni, 0.2-0.4 parts by mole of Zn, and 0.9-2.0 parts by mole of Ca, based on 4 parts by mole of the total metal elements including Al, and n is the number of combined water and has a value of 0.2-4.
