    • PURPOSE: A pressure apparatus and manufacturing method of a ceramic substrate including a cavity are provided to prevent damage to the cavity in a cavity production process. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic substrate(110) locates on a first press(101). One or more cavities(110a) are formed on the ceramic substrate. A pressure jig(102) corresponds to the cavity. A jig opening unit(121) including a smaller size than the cavity is formed in the pressure jig. The pressure jig locates one a ceramic sheet(120) accumulated on the ceramic substrate. The pressure jig corresponds to the jig opening unit and the cavity. A second press(103) pressurizes the pressure jig.

    • PURPOSE: A metal junction ceramic substrate is provided to maintain a proper range of power required for processes by controlling the width or length of a metal layer. CONSTITUTION: A circuit pattern is formed by joining a metal layer(20) on one or both sides of a ceramic substrate(10). The metal layer is formed with a direct junction method that directly joins a copper plate to a substrate. An additional metal layer(22), including no circuit pattern is formed on the outer side of the metal layer in order to enhance the hardness of the ceramic substrate. A rectangular edge part(24) is formed on the edge of the additional metal layer. A connection part(26) connects the edge part to the additional metal layer.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a glass fiber composition of the SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-ZnO system for use as reinforcing materials requiring high strength and high elasticity. CONSTITUTION: The glass fiber composition for high strength reinforcing materials comprises 55-70wt.% of SiO2, 15-30wt.% of Al2O3, 5-15wt.% of MgO and 2-10wt.% of ZnO, wherein the total amount of MnO and ZnO is 7-16wt.%. The glass fibers are produced by the following steps of: mixing SiO2 as network formers, MgO and ZnO as network modifiers and Al2O3 as intermediates in the proportions corresponding to the above composition, wherein ZnO lowers melting point and viscosity to produce homogeneous and clear marbles; melting mixtures to produce clear glass marbles(20mm diameter) in a smelter; melting glass marbles in a Pt bushing; and fast drawing glass fibers(filaments) from molten glass.
