    • PURPOSE: A hydraulic crushing apparatus of an excavator is provided to control the crushing size of crushed materials by controlling the discharged speed of the crushed materials. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic crushing apparatus of an excavator comprises inner and outer crushing plates(12a,12b), an impact cylinder(13), a sleeve(17a), a cam shaft(28), and support bars(21a,21b). The inner and outer crushing plates are installed inside a body(11) to crush materials. The impact cylinder is coupled to the inner crushing plate and crushes the materials flowing from an inlet port(24). The sleeve supplies eccentric force to a moving shaft(16a) to vibrate the inner crushing plate. The moving shaft is integrally formed in a rod(15) of the impact cylinder. The cam shaft is coupled to the sleeve. The support bars are coupled to the moving shaft eccentrically coupled to the cam shaft and supply elasticity to the crushing plates.

    • A method for assembling cable tray using side rail and reinforcement is provided to protect an operator and a covering of a cable by covering a reinforcement using a noncombustible synthetic resin. A method for assembling cable tray comprises a side rail(11) and a reinforcement(12). The side rail is protruded from an outer side to an inner side, and has a protrusion surface in which a coupling aperture is formed in a center. The reinforcement is coupled with both ends inside the side rail, and fixes a bracket inside the both ends. In the cable tray, the protrusion surface of the side rail and the both ends of the reinforcement are coupled and are fixed using a piece.

    • PURPOSE: A method for coupling a rung with a rail of a cable tray is provided to firmly couple the rung with the rail by sealing a coupling hole of a bracket by extending a fixing unit of a rivet. CONSTITUTION: A bracket is inserted into both ends of a rung(12). A lower side of one end of the bracket is depressed. Both ends of the rung are depressed. The coupling hole of the bracket is matched with the hole of a rail(13). A rivet is inserted into the coupling hole of the bracket and the hole of the rail. A fixing unit(22) of the rivet is changed to seal the hole of the rail. An outer diameter of the fixing unit of the rivet is extended to seal a fixing groove of the coupling hole.

A venturi eject typed sludge drying method using a difference between an air current and atmospheric pressure includes a step for drying the sludge of 15% of fine powder by using a venturi eject typed apparatus. A sludge drying apparatus includes a hopper(1), a biosolid storage bin(19), a dry powder storage bin(17), a screw conveyor(2a), transfer conveyors(16b,16c), a mixer(3), a screw conveyer(2b), an air compressing fan(6), hot blast machines(16b,16c), a ring duct drying chamber(8), a dust collector and dust collecting hoppers(13a,13b). Water content 60~85% of wastewater sludge is inflows in the hopper. The screw conveyer and the transfer conveyer transfer the wastewater sludge, and the biosolid sludge drying powder to the mixer.

    • A coupling method of a cable tray is provided to reduce a labor cost by transferring the cable tray in a disassembled state to load a lot of cable trays and to facilitate management of the cable tray by minimizing gaps between a fixing unit and a stopping unit and between the stopping unit and a frame. A coupling method of a cable tray includes the steps of: forming fixing units(13) on frames(11) through chamfering by a press; forming hooking units on support bars(12) through the chamfering by the press; and fixing the support bars to the frames by inserting the hooking units into the fixing units of the frames, wherein the hooking units are formed by being bent from bending lines of the support bars. Two groove units are formed at an upper part of the fixing unit through the chamfering when the fixing unit is chamfered by the press. One opening between the groove units and the other opening at a lower end of the fixing unit are formed by the chamfering. A hole is perforated between the opening units by the chamfering.
