Both ends of the locking band are reduced or expanded in a radial direction. The gap between the ring shaped ring and the door is sealed when the locking band is expanded in the radial direction. The opening and closing unit reduces or expands the locking band.

    • The present invention relates to an apparatus for weaving mist eliminator which comprises: a frame unit which is fixed to ground, and in which a circular fixing plate is equipped in the upper part; a weaving unit which includes a hollow column in which a plurality of slits, which is formed in a shaft direction, is arranged in a circumference direction, swing pieces which are installed to be vertically moveable along the slits and are hinge jointed from the lower part of hooks equipped in the upper part and a plurality of hooked needles which equips with moving parts which are formed in the lower part and protruded to outside of the slits; a driving unit which rotates the column; a guide unit which is fixed to the fixing plate and successively elevates the hooked needles inside the slits by forming moving paths of the moving parts; a loading unit which successively threads filaments, which form the mist eliminator, through the hooks of the hooked needles which are successively elevated; and a reeling unit which is weaved in the hooked needle and pulls the mist eliminator which is descended through the inner periphery of the column. The present invention enhances durability more than conventional manufacturing devices by including the hooked needles which are installed to be moveable along the slits formed in the hollow column, and in which the swing pieces, which are hinge jointed from the lower part of the hooks equipped in the upper end, are included, and drastically improves productivity by reducing maintenance costs.

The separation efficiency of the mist is drastically increased by comprising the complex filament mesh which is formed by weaving a filament with the material of teflon resin, fiberglass, polypropylene and wire of stainless steel material, thereby reducing a pressure loss, and increasing specific surfacearea. The optimum separation efficiency is provided according to the range of the mist which is desired to be separated by properly arranging a second pad which comprises the stainless steel wire mesh and a first pad which comprises the complex filament mesh.
