    • PURPOSE: A pipe lining material inversion device and an inversion method using the same are provided to stably and regularly wind a pipe lining material in a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION: A pipe lining material inversion device comprises a closed cylindrical drum, a pipe lining material insertion part, a pipe lining material exhausting part(150), an inspection door part(160), and a pressurized air supply port(170). A pipe lining material(200) is reeled in a rotary shaft(120) of the closed cylindrical drum. The pipe lining material insertion part is formed on the lower part of the cylindrical drum in a rectangular shape. The pipe lining material, reeled in the rotary shaft, is inserted to the pipe lining material insertion part. The pipe lining material exhausting part is installed on the top of the pipe lining material insertion part of the cylindrical drum. The pressurized air supply port supplies the pressured air to the cylindrical drum inside.

    • PURPOSE: A pipe lining material inversion method is provided to turn over a pipe lining material by using an outer liner and insert it into a pipe using small reverse pressure. CONSTITUTION: A pipe lining material inversion method is as follows. A pipe lining material(200) is accepted in a containing compartment(110) of square pillar shape. The leading end of the pipe lining material is connected to an inversion nozzle(120) combined in the pipe lining material outlet of the containing compartment. A rear end of the outside liner is airtightly combined in the inversion nozzle to cover the pipe lining material. The pipe lining material is inversed toward lead-in part through the extra length of the outside liner. The reverse pressure is added in the pipe lining material flowed in to the conduit line to reverse the pipe lining material.

    • A fluid spray apparatus is provided to uniformly harden the liner reversely inserted to a conduit line, and to uniformly spray the fluid. A fluid spray apparatus is composed of a nozzle unit(13) having a nozzle(13a) to emit the warm water flowing through the water pipe or the steam vapor, a bearing unit supporting the rotation of the nozzle unit and connected to the nozzle unit, and a pair of flange units inserted to a hot water pipe to support the bearing unit and the nozzle unit. In the nozzle, an extension line of a nozzle flow passage is formed with the tangent line of the nozzle unit at an acute angle or an obtuse angle. The nozzle unit is rotated by the jet of the warm water or the steam vapor.
