    • PURPOSE: An electronic mail box management control apparatus and a method thereof are provided to increase user reliability about the security and safety of keeping contents and to effectively managing contents while reducing the loss of the contents. CONSTITUTION: An electronic mail box management control apparatus includes multiple storing boxes, an input unit(10), a door, an inlet cover, a first opening and closing unit(40), a second opening and closing unit(50), a control unit(30), and a user terminal(80). The storing box has a space for keeping contents. Data regarding the opening and closing of the storing box is inputted through the input unit. The door having an inlet at one side is opened and closed by being installed at one side of the storing box. The inlet cover is opened and closed by being combined to the periphery of the inlet. The first opening and closing unit opens and closes the inlet cover according to an inputted inlet opening and closing control signal. The second opening and closing unit opens and closes the door according to an inputted door opening and closing control signal. The control unit generates a corresponding storing box opening and closing control signal if the inputted data of the input unit and the kept data of a storing unit are matched after comparing each other. The user terminal exchanges information by being connected to the control unit through communications and displays a state of contents kept in the storing box by the input of the storing box opening and closing control signal transmitted from the control unit.
