摘要： PURPOSE: A composition for solidifying waste cooking oil is provided, which is capable of converting liquid waste cooking oil at ambient temperatures into solid phase, thus it makes it easy to take away waste cooking oil for recycling. CONSTITUTION: The composition for solidifying waste cooking oil comprises 75 to 99 wt.% of (i) nitrogen with a carbon number of 10 to 20, (ii) sulfur free mono/polyhydroxy fatty acid or (iii) aliphatic alcohol; 0.5 to 12 wt.% of aliphatic metal salt; 0.5 to 8 wt.% of wax; and 5 wt.% or less of starch. The polyhydroxy fatty acid is at least one selected from the group consisting of hydroxy myristic acid, hydroxy palmic acid, hydroxy stearic acid and hydroxy oleic acid. The aliphatic alcohol is at least one selected from the group consisting of lauryl alcohol, myristic alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol and oleyl alcohol. The aliphatic metal salt is selected from Na, K, Ca, Al, Zn and Li. The wax is selected from beeswax, paraffin wax and carnauba wax.
