摘要： In a method and an apparatus for creating a moving picture by using photographs, a system for creating the moving picture according to the present invention includes a moving picture creating server and a moving picture creating terminal connected with each other through a wired/wireless communication network. The method includes the steps of allowing the moving picture creating server to receive moving picture creating information and a request message from the moving picture creating terminal connected with the moving picture creating server through a telecommunication network and then to store the moving picture creating information and the request message; allowing the moving picture creating server to transmit a background music list selectable as a background music of the moving picture to the moving picture creating terminal and to receive background music selection information in response to the background music list; allowing the moving picture creating server to detect a sound source of the background music from previously stored music files and to transmit the sound source to the moving picture creating terminal; allowing the server to receive photographs to be exposed in the process of reproducing the background music together with the reproduction time of the background music and mapping information of the photographs mapped with the reproduction time and to store the photographs and the mapping information; allowing a user to receive a scenario having determined exposure scheme and direction of the photographs from the moving picture creating terminal in order to expose the photographs based on the mapping information; and creating the moving picture based on the mapping information and the scenario. Therefore, according to the present invention, the user can freely determine the number of photographs exposed at a specific reproduction position of a background music selected by the user, the exposure sequence of the photographs, the exposure time of the photographs, and the exposure method of the photographs, so that the user can easily and creatively create various multimedia contents in a high level by using the photographs stored in a smart phone or a computer even though the user is not an expert.
