摘要： PURPOSE: An unmanned food ordering system using a wireless terminal and a method thereof are provided to guide a time when a food is provided after receiving the food order of a customer using a wireless terminal, thereby realizing an accurate order sequence. CONSTITUTION: An order management server(2) transfers a food order which a user requests to a kitchen. The order management server receives a cook progress situation. The order management server decides a predicted food completion time. A wireless terminal(3) transmits the food order of the user to the order management server. The wireless terminal receives the predicted completion time in real time. The wireless terminal displays the received predicted completion time on a screen. A kitchen terminal(4) transmits the cook start and cook progress situation to the order management server.
