摘要： PURPOSE: A communication network control device and a method thereof are provided to minimize current consumption in data retransmission by preventing signal collision in a network environment. CONSTITUTION: A time synchronization unit(210) synchronizes two or more terminals which share one channel. If connection of the mobile storage medium is detected, a controller(230) searches an identifier, consistent with an identifier of user setting equipment, in the mobile storage medium. The controller reads initialization information corresponding to the searched identifier. The controller performs initialization of the user setting equipment based on the initialization information. An external connection unit(260) is connected to the mobile storage medium.
