    • A method for accurately measuring the quality of UDP data when uplinking the UDP data through a mobile communication terminal is provided. A UDP client transmits a UDP uplink scenario which is set up by a user through a mobile communication terminal to a UDP(S10). In case the UDP client receives a response message permitting the UDP uplink scenario from the UDP server, it generates UDP packets as much as the packet size set by the UDP uplink scenario, and then records sequence number and packet size on the generated packets(S12, S16, S18). The UDP client uplinks the completed UDP packets through the mobile communication terminal to the UDP server(S20), and then receives/stores/displays the transmission quality which the UDP server measures(S24).
