    • PURPOSE: A core insertion-type cooling device of a plastic injection mold is provided to supply even cooling effect in forming parts and elements by inserting a template and core. CONSTITUTION: A core insertion-type cooling device of a plastic injection mold comprises multiple tank cooling holes, a circulating pipe buried groove(120), a fixed holder(200), and a free curve-form cooling water circulating connection pipe(300). Multiple tank cooling holes is perpendicularly formed in the bottom surface or the side of a core(20) assembled in the template of the injection mold. The circulating pipe buried groove is engraved on the bottom or lateral side of the core. The fixed holder is formed inside each tank cooling hole. The fixed holder injects the cooling water inside the tank cooling hole. The fixed holder is within a range of an inner diameter of the tank cooling hole. The cooling-water circulation connection pipe guides the connection and circulation of the cooling water according to the free curve.

    • The present invention relates to a tunnel gate processing device. The tunnel gate processing device includes: a compression gate (10) which is connected to the tunnel gate (2) of a mold (1) and supplies a molten material (R) to the inside of a cavity (3); and a compression pin (20) which is installed inside the compression gate (10), provides a molten material which remains in the compression gate (10) into the cavity (3), and closes the compression gate (10). Thus, the present invention prevents a sink mark phenomenon due to contraction in a step that the molten material remaining in the compression gate is supplied into the cavity by the compression pin before the molten material is solidified in injection molding and a molded material is solidified as the compression gate is closed and precisely treats the surface of the molded material corresponding to the gate.
