The input power transformer induces a voltage by using interaction of primary and secondary coils for an inputted rectification current. The standby power reducing element is connected between the secondary coil of the input power transformer and a primary coil of the output power transformer to be on and off according to a control signal applied from an outside. The sub output unit is coupled to a secondary terminal of the input power transformer. The feed-back unit feeds back an output voltage of the sub output unit. The switching control unit is controlled by the output signal of the feed-back unit to switch a current flowing on the primary coil of the input power transformer.
