    • The present invention relates to a nanofiber sheet-type medical support film prepared using electrospinning, and a preparation method thereof. The present invention prepares a nanofiber sheet-type medical support film which is porous and has a nano-sized fiber diameter, by: introducing a water-soluble polymer such as a ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block copolymer into a hydrophilic polyurethane resin, which is a main component, to mix the same; electrospinning the obtained mixture to obtain a nanofiber nonwoven fabric; infiltrating the nanofiber nonwoven fabric in a solvent to dissolve and remove a hydrophilic polymer component; and drying the obtained product. The medical support film obtained according to the present invention has remarkable longitudinal and transverse elasticity, has excellent elasticity and moisture transpiration due to a porous structure inside the film, and shows remarkable biocompatibility due to the minimized residual amount of an organic solvent.
