    • PURPOSE: A portable device for generating jamming is provided to interfere electric waves of a mobile communication terminal, so as to prevent people around the device from performing telephone speech. CONSTITUTION: A controller(21) controls an output of jamming. An oscillator(22) sequentially generates frequencies of electric waves for interference, according to control of the controller(21). An amplifier(23) amplifies an output signal of the oscillator(22). A display unit(24) lights a display lamp according to an output signal of the amplifier(23), to display the delivery of jamming. An antenna(25) delivers an output signal of the amplifier(23). A battery(20) supplies operating power to the controller(21), oscillator(22), amplifier(23) and display unit, if a power switch(12) is turned on by a user's operation.

    • PURPOSE: An automatic terminating method and circuit of a hands-free apparatus are provided for a driver to receive a call in a hands free state without manipulating a hands-free apparatus by outputting a ring signal for a predetermined time and automatically terminating it when the driver receives a phone call by installing an automatic terminating unit in the hands-free apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A voice signal detector(20) determines whether a voice signal is outputted through a speaker line(123). A radio frequency detector(22) detects whether the radio frequency is continuously transmitted for more than a predetermined time period from a main body(10) of a mobile terminal. A microcomputer(24) determines whether the voice detector(20) detects a voice signal after the radio frequency detector(22) detects transmission of a radio frequency, and controls a terminating operation. A switching unit(26) connects terminating switches(262,264), connects a microphone line(121) and/or a speaker line(123) and outputs a terminating signal to the main body(10) of the mobile terminal under the control of the microcomputer(24). In the voice signal detector(20), the first integrator(202) integrates the voice signal and converts it to a DC voltage, and the first comparator(204) compares an output voltage of the first integrator(202) with a pre-set reference voltage to detect whether a voice signal is outputted through the speaker line(123) and inputs it to the microcomputer(24). In the radio frequency detector(22), a tuner(222) tunes the radio frequency signal transmitted from the mobile terminal(24) and outputs it, an amplifier(224) amplifies the output signal of the tuner(222), the second integrator(226) integrates the output signal of the amplifier(224) and converts it to a DC voltage, and the second comparator(228) compares the output voltage of the second integrator(226) with a pre-set reference voltage, detects whether the mobile terminal transmits a radio frequency signal for more than a predetermined time period and inputs it to the microcomputer(24).

An earphone/microphone plug(12) inputs a voice signal to the main body(10) of the mobile terminal and outputs the ring signal to a speaker line(123). A microphone(141) converts the voice signal of the user to an electric signal. An amplifier(143) amplifies the signal of the microphone(141) and inputs it to the main body(10) of the mobile terminal. An amplifier(145) amplifies the voice signal received from the main body(10) of the mobile terminal through the earphone/microphone jack(101) and the speaker line(123) of the earphone/microphone plug(12). A speaker(147) outputs the output signal of the amplifier(145) to allow users to listen to it. In a terminating controller(16), a signal detector(161) detects the ring signal outputted through the earphone/microphone jack(101) and the speaker line(123) of the earphone/microphone plug(12)., a controller(163) determines whether a call signal has been received according to an output signal of a signal detector(161) and generates a control signal if the call signal has been received, and a switching unit(165) connects a microphone line(121) and/or the speaker line(123) to a ground line(125) of the earphone/microphone plug(12) and outputs a terminating signal to the main body(10) of the mobile terminal.
