摘要： The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing shoes using UV curing. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing shoes using UV curing, by which a UV curable adhesive is coated on upper and lower surfaces of an insole, dried, and then subjected to UV treatment using a UV LED lamp, thereby preventing the increase in the surface temperature of the insole, so that upper and lower surfaces of the insole can be subjected to UV treatment without passing through a cooling step and overturning the insole in midstream, thereby preventing a rebounding phenomenon, and shortening the line and the required time of UV treatment and thus reducing the manufacturing costs; and UV-A, UV-B, and UV-C regions of the UV LED lamp alone or in combination is capable of cover all materials of the insole, including EVA die cut midsole, phylon midsole, phylon insole, injection phylon midsole, and PU midsole. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing shoes using UV curing, comprising the steps of: (a) washing a foamed insole and coating a UV curable adhesive on upper and lower surfaces of the insole; (b) drying the UV curable adhesive coated in step (a), through a drying conveyor; and (c) subjecting the insole passed through step (b) to UV treatment using a UV LED lamp without a cooling step, wherein the upper and lower surfaces of the insole are simultaneously subjected to the UV treatment without overturning the insole in midstream.
