A moving plate(120) is installed at one side of the fixed plate(110) to be moved front and rear by a certain lever(150). A cooling plate(130) is moved according to the movement of the moving plate(120) and is selectively contacted with a heating plate(140). One or more link devices(10) are installed in the moving plate(120), the cooling plate(130), and the fixed plate(110) to be linked each other so that the cooling plate(130) is moved front and rear according to the movement of the moving plate(120).

    • PURPOSE: An outdoor information communication apparatus having an improved thermal exchange structure is provided to install heatproof pins inside and outside a housing, and to form a path where an air of the housing can circulate to circulate an inner heated air, thereby preventing an electronic device from being heated. CONSTITUTION: A housing(100) forms a door(10) for receiving an electronic device, and installs heatproof pins(20) at certain intervals around the housing(100). The heatproof pins(20) consist of the first heatproof pins(20a) installed on an outer side of the housing(100) and the second heatproof pins(20b) installed on an inner side thereof. A communication device is fixed to a rack having plural supports(61) by a fixing member. Ventilation fans(40) are received inside a fan case(30). An air hole is formed in a lower part of the fan case(30). Air discharge holes(31) are formed on four sides of the fan case(30). Plural ducts(50) are disposed on inner sides including the door(10) of the housing(100).

      상면에 소자가 안착됨과 아울러 상기 소자가 동작되면서 발생되는 열을 냉각시키도록 그 저면에 냉매가 흐르도록 냉매유로가 오목하게 형성된 베이스플레이트 및; 상기 베이스플레이트의 하부에 설치되어 상기 냉매유로의 개방부를 커버하는 바텀플레이트를 포함하며, 상기 베이스플레이트 및 바텀플레이트는 진공브레이징에 의해 결합된다.
      상술한 바와 같이 냉매유로를 베이스플레이트의 내부에 직접 형성시킴에 따라 종래에 사용되었던 냉각파이프 및 냉각플레이트의 부품을 해소시켜 경계면을 줄임으로써 열전달률을 좋게 하여 냉각효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
      또한, 부품수 절감에 따른 조립공수를 줄임과 아울러 부품 관리가 쉬운 이점이 있다.
