    • A novel imidazole derivative, and an organic electronic device using the derivative are provided to improve efficiency and stability, to increase lifetime and to lower driving voltage. An imidazole derivative is represented by the formula 1, wherein at least one of R1 ~ R4 is represented by -L1-Ar1; the rest of R1 ~ R4 are identical or different one another and are independently selected from the group consisting of a C6~C40 aryl group, a C5~C40 heteroaryl group and an amino group; L1 is a direct bond or is selected from the group consisting of an alkenylene group of C2~C40, an arylene group of C6~C40, a heteroarylene group of C5~C40, an arylamine group of C6~C40, a spiro group of C25~C40 and an opened spiro group of C25~C40; and Ar1 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, an alkyl group of C1~C40, a cycloalkyl group of C3~C40, an alkenyl group of C2~C40, an alkoxy group of C1~C40, an amino group, an aryl group of C6~C40 and a heteroaryl group of C5~C40.

    • A heteroaryl substituent-containing anthracene derivative is provided to form an organic layer of an organic electronic device and to improve the efficiency, to reduce the drive voltage and to increase the stability of the device. A heteroaryl substituent-containing anthracene derivative is a compound represented by the following formula 1. In formula 1, R1 and R2 are the same or different, and each represents a substituted or non-substituted C6-C40 aryl group, substituted or non-substituted C5-C40 heteroaryl group, or substituted or non-substituted C6-C40 arylamino group; at least one of R3 and R4 is a group represented by the following formula 2 (wherein R5 and R6 are the same or different, and each represents a substituted or non-substituted C1-C40 alkyl, substituted or non-substituted C3-C40 cycloalkyl, substituted or non-substituted C3-C40 alkenyl, substituted or non-substituted C3-C40 alkoxy, substituted or non-substituted C3-C40 amino, substituted or non-substituted C6-C40 aryl, or substituted or non-substituted C5-C40 heteroaryl, or R5 and R6 may form a condensed ring with the adjacent group or form a spiro bond; L1 is a direct bond, or a substituted or non-substituted C2-C40 alkenylene, substituted or non-substituted C6-C40 arylene, substituted or non-substituted C5-C40 heteroarylene, or substituted or non-substituted C6-C40 arylamino; Ar1 is a substituted or non-substituted C2-C40 alkenyl, substituted or non-substituted C6-C40aryl, substituted or non-substituted C5-C40 heteroaryl, or substituted or non-substituted C6-C40 arylamino); the remaining one of R3 and R4 represents H, a substituted or non-substituted C1-C40 alkyl, substituted or non-substituted C3-C40 cycloalkyl, substituted or non-substituted C6-C40 aryl, substituted or non-substituted C5-C40 heteroaryl, or substituted or non-substituted C6-C40 arylamino.
