    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a separator is provided to improve productivity and uniformity of a separator by coating the top of the separator with an active coating layer through a die coating method, and coating the bottom with an adhesive polymer layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a separator comprises: a step of forming an active coating layer(120) by spreading a mixture for a binder on the top of a separator substrate(110), and a step of forming an adhesive polymer layer(130) by spraying an adhesive polymer on the bottom of the separator substrate. The porous separator substrate made of polyolefin-based polymers. The mixture which comprises a mixture for a binder, which can form the active coating layer, and a mixture, which comprises a porous inorganic filler and a binder polymer.
