CONSTITUTION: A unit cell transferring device comprises: a unit cell supply part(100) supplying unit cells(10); a position examination part(200) transferring image signal, which is obtained by photographing the unit cell location of the unit cell supply part to a control part; a control part(300) controlling the operation of grippers by detecting the arranging state of the unit cells based on the received image signal; two or more grippers(400) transferring the unit cells to the transfer part, after correcting the location of the unit cells according to location-correcting signals of the control part by drawing the unit cells one by one; and a unit cell transfer part(500) transfers the unit cells to a folding device.

摘要： PURPOSE: A secondary battery is provided to maintain performance of a battery in case external impact such as dropping, etc and to effectively prevent internal short of a tap-lead joint by an electrically insulative thermal contraction tube protecting the tap-lead joint. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery comprises an electrode assembly of a positive electrode/separator/negative electrode in a battery case of a laminate sheet which comprises a resin layer and a metal layer. The electrode taps(301,302) are combined with electrode leads(400,410) and protruded to outside. A heat-shrinkable tube(510) surrounds joints(401,411) of the electrode tap and electrode lead. The electrode assembly is a stack type electrode assembly laminated in a state that a separator is inserted between a plurality of positive electrodes and negative electrodes. The tap-lead joint consists of a structure that a plurality of electrode taps are welded and combined to one electrode lead.

CONSTITUTION: A lamination device(100) comprises: an incoming part(110) in which a web(200 with a structure that positive electrode/separator/negative electrode of electrode assembly is laminated; a heating part(140) causing heat junction among a positive electrode/a separator/a negative electrode by heating the web; a discharge part(150) in which the web is discharged; and a transfer part transferring the web via the incoming part, the heating part, and the discharge part. The transfer part provides a transfer driving force contacted to at least one side of an upper side and a lower side of the web. The heating part transfers energy for heat junction to the web by directly heating a portion where the transfer part contacts to the web.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a battery cell comprises: a step of sealing residual parts except one side end of a battery case in which electrode assembly is mounted; a step of injecting electrolyte through the unsealed end, and sealing the end through thermosetting; a step of activating the unit cell by charging and discharging; a step of punching an unsealed part inside the end to form a through-hole connecting to inside the battery case; and a step of applying vacuum to the unsealed part, in order to remove gas generated during the activation step, and residual electrolyte.

The rotary axis correction part periodically change the location of the rotary axis to the compensating amount of the X axis speed change(Vx) of the web, which is generated during the winding of flat-type unit cell, for maintaining the tensile strength of the web constantly.
