A method for preparing the fermentations comprises the steps of: pulverizing or extracting one or more plants selected among ginseng, Glycyrrhizae radix, rice, barley, bean, cabbage, lettuce, spinach, grape, apple, blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, cranberry fruit, Thymus vulgaris, rosemary, chives, tangerine, bilberry, rose hip, lemon grass, cape chamomile, mung bean, red bean, plum, Japanese apricot, assai palm, Lycium chinense Miller, Schisandra chinensis, Cornus officinalis, Angelica gigas Nakai, Scutellaria baicalensis, bamboo shoot, Ganoderma lucidum, Phellinus linteus, and Poria cocos; and inoculating the resultant with yeast, lactic acid bacteria, acetic acid bacteria, Bacillus, and Aspergillus and fermenting.
