摘要： PURPOSE: A method of analysing Tat-PTHDP fusion peptide using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) is provided, thereby improving accuracy of analysis of Tat-PTHDP fusion peptide, and easily performing the HPLC. CONSTITUTION: The method of analysing Tat-PTHDP fusion peptide using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) comprises the steps of: passing Tat-PTHDP fusion peptide through HPLC having the column packed with octasilane or octadecyl silane using a mobile phase of water containing acetonitrile and trifluoroacetic acid to obtain chromatogram of Tat-PTHDP fusion peptide; and adding up peaks of the chromatogram and drawing a measuring line to analyse quantity of Tat-PTHDP fusion peptide, wherein the Tat-PTHDP fusion peptide is represented by formula (1); the mobile phase is water containing 0.1 vol.% of acetonitrile and trifluoroacetic acid in which the mixed ratio of acetonitrile and trifluoroacetic acid is changed from 0:100 to 60:40; and the flow rate of the mobile phase is 1 to 2 ml/minute.
