    • PURPOSE: The fabricating of regenerable panel type deodorizer is provided to easily regenerate environmental toxic material absorbing performance of the deodorizer based on the irradiation of microwave. CONSTITUTION: An autoclaved lightweight concrete panel includes 100 parts by weight of panel compositions and 1-20 parts by weight of phosphorus-based amphoteric compound. Siliceous materials, Portland cements, lime, and a foaming agent are mixed, shaped, and cured to obtain the autoclaved lightweight concrete panel. Microwave is irradiated to the cured autoclaved lightweight concrete panel at 2450MHz for 30-90 minutes. The phosphorus-based amphoteric compound is one selected from a group including sodium phosphoric acid, rubidium phosphoric acid, cesium phosphoric acid, ammonium phosphoric acid, and the combination of the same.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a deodorizing panel for treating total volatile organic compounds using heavy oil fly ash is provided to improve deodorizing efficiency and recycle wasted resources by adding heavy oil fly ash pre-treated in an autoclaved lightweight concrete(ALC) pre-treating process. CONSTITUTION: Heavy oil fly ash is stirred in an aqueous solution to elute metals from the heavy oil flay ash in a pre-treating process. An ALC panel is obtained by including 20-100 parts by weight of the heavy oil flay ash and 100 parts by weight of raw ALC solid materials in an ALC panel manufacturing process. The raw ALC solid materials based on 30-55 weight% of siliceous materials, 25-40 weight% of Portland cements, 15-25 weight% of lime, and 0.1-5 weight% of aluminum powder. While the pre-treating process, the pH value of the aqueous solution with eluted metals is increased to a range between 3 and 5 in order to precipitate the metals. Supernatant is introduced to the ALC panel manufacturing process.
