    • 본 발명은 진공유리 패널의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 진공유리 패널의 제조 방법의 한 예는 제1 밀폐부와 상기 제1 밀폐부에 접착된 제1 금속판을 구비한 제1 유리패널과 제2 밀폐부와 상기 제2 밀폐부와 접착된 제2 금속판을 구비한 제2 유리 패널 중 하나 위에 적어도 하나의 간격재를 위치시키는 단계, 상기 적어도 하나의 간격재 위에 제1 및 제2 유리 패널 중 나머지 하나의 유리 패널을 위치시켜 상기 제1 금속판과 상기 제2 금속판을 서로 마주보게 위치시키는 단계, 그리고 대기 중에서 상기 제1 금속판과 상기 제2 금속판 중 적어도 하나에 열을 가하여, 상기 제1 금속판과 제2 금속판을 접합시키는 제3 밀폐부를 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제1 금속판과 제2 금속판 중 적어도 하나는 상기 제1 강화 유리 패널 및 상기 제2 강화 유리 패널 중 적어도 하나의 측면에서 외부로 돌출되어 있고, 상기 제1 금속판과 상기 제2 금속판 접착 단계는 상기 제1 금속판과 상기 제2 금속판 중 적어도 하나의 금속판에서 상기 제1 강화 유리 패널과 상기 제2 강화 유리 패널 중 적어도 하나의 측면에서 돌출된 부분에만 열을 가한다. 따라서, 이미 강화 처리된 제1 및 제2 강화 유리 패널을 제1 및 제2 금속판을 이용하여 접합할 때, 제1 및 제2 강화 유리 패널에 열처리 공정이 행해지지 않으므로, 제1 및 제2 강화 유리 패널의 강화 특성은 나빠지지 않는다.

    • The present invention relates to a vacuum glass panel module, and the vacuum glass panel module according to the present invention includes: a first glass panel; a second glass panel which is positioned on the first glass panel; a plurality of gap materials which are positioned between the first glass panel and the second glass panel; a metal plate which is positioned at an edge part between the first glass panel and the second glass panel; a first sealing portion which is coupled to the first surface of the metal plate and the surface of the first glass panel; and a second sealing portion which is coupled to the second surface of the metal plate and the surface of the second glass panel. Thus, the first sealing portion and a part of the first surface of the metal plate which are coupled to each other include a bonding surface of a plurality of convex portions and a plurality of concave portions; and the second sealing portion and a part of the second surface of the metal plate which are coupled to each other include a bonding surface of a plurality of convex portions and a plurality of concave portions. Accordingly, the first and second sealing portions and the metal plate are coupled in a sawtooth-coupling structure by the convex portions of the part of the metal plate coupled to the first and second sealing portions; a bonding area between the first and second sealing portions and the metal plate increases, coupling force increases between the first and second sealing portions, and sealing force of the vacuum glass panel module also increases.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a vacuum glass comprises the following steps: preparing a washed lower glass(120); forming multiple spacers(500) on the upper side of the lower glass; locating an upper glass(110) on the spacers; installing a frit seal member(200) formed with a low melting point solder glass on one side of the upper glass or the lower glass; installing a metal thin film(300) on the upper side of the frit seal member; fixing each members with a clamp; inserting the outcome to a vacuum chamber; performing a ventilation of the chamber, and heating; frit melt-sealing the metal thin film and cooling; and cooling the outcome to the room temperature.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for encapsulating a display panel are provided to encapsulate a large amount of the panels within a short time by guiding continuously the panels to a heating unit. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for encapsulating a display panel comprises a main body(110), a conveyer unit(120), and a heating unit(130). The inside of the main body is vacuum state and an inlet and an outlet are formed at one side of the main body. The conveyer unit is formed on the inside of the main body and transfers vertically the panel supplied through the inlet and exhausts the panel to the outlet. The heating unit is formed on the space to which the panel is moved by the conveyer unit and heats the panel for fusing a frit in order to encapsulate the panel.
