摘要： PURPOSE: A real-time load measuring device of a vehicle and a load measuring method are provided to measure the weight of loaded cargos on the vehicle on a real time basis, to transmit the measured weight to a remote area, and to inform a driver about the measured weight at the same time, thereby remotely monitoring and preventing illegal acts. CONSTITUTION: A real-time load measuring device of a vehicle includes an information collecting unit (110), a calculation control unit (120), a communication unit (130), and a display unit (150). The information collecting unit collects GPS information and driving information stored in onboard diagnostics (OBD) installed on a driving vehicle. The calculation control unit measures the weight of loaded cargos on the driving vehicle by using data collected by the information collecting unit. The communication unit transmits the weight of the loaded cargos measured by the calculation control unit to a remote area via a mobile communication network. The display unit displays the weight of the loaded cargos measured by the calculation control unit to a user.
