    • PURPOSE: A functional complex material manufacturing method is provided to obtain pollution control effect and high value added product development effect and to produce products compensating the defects of the sound absorption material and water proof material.     • PURPOSE: A hot water humidifier is provided to prevent contamination of ultra pure water and lengthen the useful life of a heater by preventing the ultra pure water from contacting the heater. CONSTITUTION: A hot water humidifier comprises a heater(10) for heating an ultra pure water(1) in an indirect heating method, a control valve(2) for selecting supply of ultra pure water heated by the heater, a humidifying nozzle(20) for spraying the ultra pure water supplied from the control valve into a clean room, and a control box(30) for controlling driving of the control valve by checking the humidity of the clean room. Also, this pressurizing unit should be disposed on this humidifier to spray ultra pure water into pressurizing port through pressurizing process.
