摘要： The present invention relates to a structure for connecting a machined wire for a transmission and distribution line approaching or withdrawing to/from a substation. The structure comprising: a main body which allows a transmission and distribution line to be inserted thereinto and includes an insertion space having both ends and the upper end opened on the upper part to insert the transmission and distribution line, a conical type of first contact portions formed on the bottom, a plurality of insertion holes formed on both sides, a plurality of guide grooves formed on the circumference of each of the insertion holes, a plurality of access holes communicating with the insertion space and the insertion holes, and a plurality of screw holes formed by penetrating the insertion holes on the upper surface; a cover having a plurality of screw holes corresponding to the screw holes, respectively, having a reverse conical type of second contact portions formed on the lower surface, and coupled to the upper part of the main body; a plurality of third contact portions which is inserted into the guide grooves, respectively, and includes a moving portion having coupling holes formed on both sides of one end, separation preventing portions restrained by the coupling holes and inserted thereinto or protruding therefrom, a guide hole penetrating vertically and having one region with a slope so as to widen upwardly towards the other end, and a plurality of spring holes formed on the other end, and a blade contact portion formed on the other end of the moving part, wherein the moving parts are inserted into the insertion holes, respectively, and the separation preventing portions are inserted into the guide grooves, respectively, to be slid; a plurality of restoring springs arranged between the coupling grooves and the separation preventing portions to push the third contact portions in one direction; and fixing screws having a reverse conical shape with a truncated lower end, respectively, and fixing the cover to the main body. According to the present invention, the structure can easily connect or separate the wire and can stably maintain an electrical contact state while preventing damage thereto.

摘要： The present invention includes: a main body which is made of ceramic material; a moving unit which includes a cylinder which has a first air hole and is fixed while penetrating the main body, a square pillar-shaped piston which includes a rubber layer in contact with the inner surface of the cylinder around the edge, has a second air hole penetrating from top to bottom, is installed inside the cylinder, and is movable up and down, an elastic body which is placed between the cylinder and the piston and restores the position of the piston, a moving rod of which the lower end is fixed to the piston and which penetrates the top surface of the cylinder, a first rotating rod which rotates while being connected to the moving rod, and a combination rod which surrounds a distribution line, is connected to the first rotating rod, and rotates from the first rotating rod; and a fixing rod which is withdrawn from the piston, penetrates the bottom surface of the cylinder, and is inserted into or detached from the fixing groove of an arm press; a second rotating rod which is rotatable and of which one end is connected to the bottom surface of the cylinder and the other end is installed to a second rotation axis to which the arm press is installed and fixed; and a rubber bumper which has a cylindrical shape and of which one end is fixed to the bottom surface of the cylinder and the other end is installed at an angle in the outward direction of the main body separately from the top surface of the arm press. As transmission and distribution lines are movable upward or to the lateral side, impact to the combination area between an insulator and the transmission and distribution lines and between the insulator and the arm press can be reduced. Furthermore, as increased tension of the transmission and distribution lines due to external force is attenuated by rotation of the insulator, risk of damage due to tension can be reduced and the insulator can be easily restored when the external force is removed.
