    • The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an assembly box steel pipe for a CFT column in which an inside diaphragm is installed and, specifically, to a method of manufacturing an assembly box steel pipe assembled with a closed structure after installing an inside diaphragm completely while using multiple longitudinal unit members formed by bending a steel plate. According to the present invention, a method of manufacturing an assembly box steel pipe of an inside diaphragm installation type for a CFT column is a method of manufacturing a box steel pipe in which multiple longitudinal unit members are connected and assembled in a horizontal direction comprising: a first step for manufacturing multiple longitudinal unit members by bending a steel plate, wherein a first unit member is manufactured to have a main body part curved into an L shape and an end curved part curved more internally from both ends of the main body part; a second step for manufacturing a partial reinforcement steel pipe while binding a reinforcement plate to the first unit member; and a third step for completing a closed type assembly box steel pipe while multiple partial reinforcement steel pipes are welded and bonded by being connected each other at the same time with the second step or successively.
