    • A soil washing apparatus with a sediment separating tank is provided to improve a washing effect and a recovering effect of contaminated soil and accelerate prompt recovery of the contaminated area by reducing the residual amount of contaminants while maintaining the soil particle size distribution in a desired way to the utmost. In a soil washing apparatus in which a plurality of soil washers, grit chambers, and purifiers are installed, a soil washing apparatus with a sediment separating tank is characterized in that: a separating tank(60) and a hydrocyclone are connected to a final grit chamber; the separating tank includes a plurality of rotary vanes(66) rotatably connected, through a rotary shaft(65), to a drive motor(64) in a central part of a body(61) having a discharge port(63) formed on a bottom part thereof; a final sediment discharged from the final grit chamber flows into the separating tank; a final sediment discharged from the separating tank through the discharge port flows into the hydrocyclone; and a final sediment flown into the hydrocyclone is separated into water and solids. The soil washing apparatus comprises a plurality of projecting plates(62) installed on an inner peripheral surface of the body of the separating tank. Further, a plurality of through holes are formed in the plurality of rotary vanes.

Outlets(209) are respectively installed at lower ends of the inflow room and the outflow room. Washing water flows in through the inflow pipe, flows over the weir part, and flows into the outflow room. Upper water within the outflow room is discharged through the outflow pipe. Sediment within the outflow room and the inflow room is discharged through the outlets.

    • PURPOSE: An air blower system desorption washing tank for a soil washing facility is provided to promote the desorption among soil particles and contaminants in an desorption washing tank by using an air blower system to spray of bubbles which is added to the conventional stirring depending on the rotary vanes, thereby improving the treatment efficiency of a soil washing facility. CONSTITUTION: An air blower system desorption washing tank for a soil washing facility includes a main body(11) comprising an air blower system(29) and a air supply pipe(20) connecting the air blower system with the external compressed air supply unit of the outside of the main body. The compressed air supply unit supplies the compressed air to the air supply pipe, whereby the bubbles are sprayed to the water containing with contaminant deposit soil particles to promote the desorption among the soil particles and contaminants. The air supply pipe of the outside of the supply pipe is installed with an air supply valve(25) and with an inflow pipe and a feeding pipe by being branched. The inflow pipe and the feeding pipe are connected to a pressure accumulating tank and are respectively installed with the inflow valve and the feeding valve. The compressed air is pressurized at high pressure and stored in the pressure accumulation tank according to the compressed air supply unit supplying the compressed air to the air supply pipe in the state wherein the air supply valve and the feeding valve are blocked and the inflow valve is open. The compressed air stored with high pressure in the pressure accumulating tank is discharged into the air blower system when the inflow valve is blocked and the feeding valve.
