摘要： PURPOSE: A lipoteichoic acid-derived glycolipid and pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetic composition are provided to ensure anti-inflammation effect by suppressing inflammatory cytokine. CONSTITUTION: A lipoteichoic acid-derived glycolipid contains 2-6 saturated or unsaturated acyl chain of C10-C30 at one site of C1, C3, C4 and C6 site of double or triple hexose. The glycolipid has a structure of chemical formula I. Bacteria includes Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Streptococcus, or Lactococcus. The glycolipid is additionally bound with polyphosphoric acid glycerol at C6 site of hexose in which an acyl chain is not bound. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases or immune diseases contains lipoteichoic acid-derived glycolipid and additionally contains antibiotics, carrier, excipient, or diluents. The pharmaceutical composition is manufactured in the form of powder, granule, tablet, capsule, suspension, emulsion, syrup, suppository, or sterilized injection.
