    • Disclosed are a disaster prevention distribution panel capable of maintaining a normal voltage by preventing an abnormal voltage caused by phase failures of a neutral line or line connection errors in a single-phase three-lines (A, N, B) or three-phase four-lines (R, S, T, N) power distribution system; and a disaster prevention method thereof. The disaster prevention distribution panel includes: a normal voltage restoring apparatus connected to a power supply apparatus via a single-phase three-lines (A, N, B) or three-phase four-lines (R, S, T, N) method; detects an abnormal voltage (overvoltage or undervoltage) of power supplied from the distribution panel; connects an abnormal voltage to a normal voltage converter after connecting a neutral line to the earth (earthing) if the abnormal voltage is detected; blocks the abnormal voltage if a voltage is still abnormal after converting into a normal voltage; and connects the voltage to a load if the voltage is normal after conversion, thus prevents the occurrence of abnormal voltages on the load side and maintains the normal voltage. The normal voltage restoring apparatus comprises: a voltage detector detecting whether a voltage is normal or abnormal; a controller determining whether the voltage is normal or abnormal based on a voltage detection value outputted by the voltage detector and generates a control signal to convert into a normal voltage when detecting an abnormal voltage; and the normal voltage converter converting the abnormal voltage supplied from the power supply apparatus into a normal voltage according to the control signal generated by the controller.

    • Disclosed is a device for preventing a disaster when an abnormal voltage is generated in a power system which prevents an abnormal voltage and maintain a normal voltage if the abnormal voltage is generated in a single-phase three wire (A, N, B) or three-phase four-wire (R, S, T, N,) distribution system by the neutral line open phase or error connection. And disclosed is a method for preventing a disaster. The disclosed device for preventing a disaster when an abnormal voltage is generated in a power system includes a normal voltage recovery device which is connected to a power supply device which supplies power through a single-phase three wire (A, N, B) or three-phase four-wire (R, S, T, N,) system. The normal voltage recovery device detects an abnormal voltage (over voltage and low voltage) of the power supplied from the power supply device and connects the abnormal voltage to a normal voltage converter if the abnormal is detected. The normal voltage recovery device blocks a circuit breaker if the abnormal voltage is generated. If a normal voltage is generated, the normal voltage recovery device connects the converted normal voltage to a load and prevents the generation of the abnormal voltage and maintains the normal voltage. The normal voltage recovery device comprises; a voltage detector for detecting the abnormality of a voltage; a control unit which determines an abnormal voltage with a voltage detection value outputted by the voltage detector and generates a control signal for the normal voltage conversion of the abnormal voltage; and a normal voltage converter which converts the abnormal voltage supplied from the power supply device into a normal voltage according to the control signal generated in the control unit.     • Disclosed are apparatus for preventing a disaster caused by a neutral line disorder in an electric power system and a method thereof capable of preventing excess voltage from occurring and maintaining normal voltage in the case that a neutral line is disconnected in a three-phase four-wire or a single phase three-wire power distribution system. The disclosed apparatus for preventing the disaster caused by the neutral line disorder in the electric power system comprises a neutral line recovery device being connected to a power supply for supplying power via the three-phase four-wire or the single phase three-wire power distribution system; detecting an abnormal state of the neutral state equipped in the power supply; if the abnormal state of the neutral state is detected; connecting an inductance for each phase; connecting the connected inductance to a neutral line for recovery, in order to prevent excess voltage from occurring and maintain normal voltage via the recovery of the neutral line. The neutral line recovery device includes: a disconnection detector for detecting a disconnection of the neutral line; a controller for determining the disconnection or not from a disconnection detected value outputted from the disconnection detector and for generating a control signal for recovering the neutral line if disconnected; and a neutral line recovery unit for recovering the neutral line equipped in the power supply according to the control signal from the controller and maintaining a balance of single phase voltage.
