摘要： 본 발명은 태양열을 이용한 난방 및 급탕용 보일러시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 팽창탱크를 축열탱크에 내장시킴으로써 팽창탱크내 열매체의 열이 축열탱크내 축열수 가열에 전량 사용되도록 구성되고, 급탕탱크를 없애는 대신에 냉수를 급탕열교환기에서 축열탱크의 축열수로 가열하여 급탕으로 사용 가능한 급탕공급구조를 갖도록 구성되며, 팽창탱크에 열매체살포관을 내장시켜서 열매체의 혼합효율을 극대화하는 동시에 열매체에 내재된 공기를 효과적으로 분리해 낼 수 있도록 하고, 축열탱크의 상부측에 축열수살포관을 내장시켜 축열수의 혼합효율을 극대화하도록 구성되는 태양열을 이용한 난방 및 급탕용 보일러시스템을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
그리고, 본 발명은 팽창탱크내 열매체의 열이 축열탱크내 축열수 가열에 전량 사용할 수 있어 열효율을 증대시킬 수 있고, 급탕탱크를 제거한 간단한 급탕공급구조로 이루어져 급탕효율을 높이면서 제조원가를 현저히 낮출 수 있는 등의 효과를 제공하게 된다.

摘要： PURPOSE: A boiler system for heating and hot water supply is provided to use the heat of a thermal medium in an expansion tank completely for heating heat-storage water in a heat-storage tank by embedding the expansion tank in the heat-storage tank. CONSTITUTION: A boiler system for heating and hot water supply comprises an expansion tank(1) and a heat-storage tank(6). The expansion tank circulates and stores a thermal medium heated in a solar collector(2) through a thermal medium heat exchanger(4). The heat-storage tank is filled with the heat-storage water heated by the thermal medium while circulating a heat exchange coil(5). The solar energy heats the cold water in a water supply pipe(45) and supplies the heated water to a hot water outlet valve(15). When the cold water in the water supply pipe is circulated to a hot water supply heat exchange coil(13), the heat-storage water in the heat-storage is reverse-circulated to a hot water supply heat exchanger(7).
