摘要： The present invention relates to a powder puff and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention manufactures a powder puff by sequentially conducting: a fabric configuring step of selecting ground yarn and pile yarn to select yarn; a step of weaving a two-bar or three-bar knit by weaving the ground yarn and the pile yarn; a refining step of removing oils and fats contained in the yarn of the two-bar or three-bar knit; a dyeing step of putting the fabric of the two-bar or three-bar knit into a dyeing machine and dyeing the fabric; a heat treatment step of heat-treating the dyed fabric of the two-bar or three-bar knit at temperature of 160 to 200°C for 2 to 5 minutes; a nap-raising step of raising nap on the fabric of the two-bar or three-bar knit; and a polishing step of polishing the fabric of the two-bar or three-bar knit. Accordingly, the present invention is soft and has excellent spreadability and can reduce costs by selectively applying microfiber or yarn with low tension resistance to reduce flexural rigidity of piles.

摘要： A circular-pile product for artificial fur using functional microfiber, a manufacturing method and apparatus thereof are provided to offer high soft touch and light weight and to reduce energy for a process and wastewater generated in the process. A manufacturing apparatus of a circular-pile product for artificial fur using functional microfiber comprises the following steps of: preparing draw textured yarns and functional yarns; developing circular knit structure; weaving the yarns; performing thermal setting on the yarns; performing a cation dyeing process; and performing an emulsion process. The DTY yarns are general DTY 100/192. The functional yarn is cation dyeable yarn 140/144. The DTY yarns and the cation dyeable yarn are weaved with a ration of 4:6. The combination and orders of process about polishing, tumble, sharing etc are determined according to a shape of circular knit pile yarns.

A method for manufacturing knitwear consisting of microfiber comprises the following steps of: forming warp knitted fabric of which pile organization is a front side and opposite side becomes a rear side by a guide bar L3 forming the pile organization with L2 and the guide bar L1 forming a ground organization; setting the weaved fabric with high heat; napping the front and the rear side of the warp knitted fabric; performing a shearing process processing an outer surface of the pile; dyeing the fabric; performing an emulsion process and a width process according to dehydration operation; performing a peach process; and performing a post process of a tie print or a foil process.
