    • 본발명은정해진형상의성형물에대응하는형상으로이루어지는형상스틸과, 프레스에고정되고상기형상스틸이결합되는주물본체를포함하는구성으로이루어지고, 열간프레스성형공정에서판재로부터전달되는열을냉각시키게되는냉각시스템이구비된열간프레스성형용금형을제공한다. 이와같은본 발명에따른냉각시스템이구비된열간프레스성형용금형은복잡한형상의성형물을성형하기위하여주물본체와형상스틸의조합으로이루어지게되는금형내부에냉각수가유동하게되는냉각수통로가직렬로형성되도록하고, 주물본체의냉각수통로와복잡한형상의형상스틸에대응하여복수개로형성되는냉각채널을연통시키게되는냉각수분배용플레이트가주물본체와형상스틸사이에배치되어구비되어냉각수가형상스틸에형성된냉각채널로안정되고균일하게유입될수 있도록함으로써성형물의복잡한형상에대응하여금형의냉각이효과적으로이루어질수 있게되고, 금형의냉각효율도증대될수 있게된다. 특히, 본발명은주물본체의입구홀과출구홀에삽입고정되는내열성소재의호스블록에냉각수탱크와연결된호스가결합되도록함으로써금형의열에의해호스가손상되는현상이방지되어냉각시스템의운용이원활하게이루어지게된다. 본발명에따른냉각시스템이구비된열간프레스성형용금형에서냉각시스템은호스블록, 냉각수통로, 냉각수분배용플레이트, 냉각채널을포함하여이루어진다. 호스블록은주물본체의표면에형성된입구홀과출구홀에각각삽입고정되고, 내열성소재로이루어져냉각수탱크와연결된호스가결합되는것이다. 냉각수통로는주물본체의입구홀과연통되게주물본체의내부에형성되는냉각수공급통로와주물본체의출구홀과연통되게주물본체의내부에형성되는냉각수배출통로로이루어지되주물본체표면에다수개의공급용유동홀과다수개의배출용유동홀이전체면적에걸쳐분포되도록하여냉각수공급통로는다수개의공급용유동홀과연통되도록하고, 냉각수배출통로는다수개의배출용유동홀과연통되도록한다. 냉각수분배용플레이트는정해진두께의평판형상으로이루어져주물본체와형상스틸사이에배치되고, 주물본체의공급용유동홀과연통되는유입로와주물본체의배출용유동홀과연통되는유출로가형성되며, 유입로와유출로에각각연통되는다수개의개방홀이형상스틸이결합되는표면전체면적에걸쳐분포되도록한다. 냉각채널은형상스틸의내부전체부위에걸쳐분포되고, 냉각수분배용플레이트에형성된다수개의개방홀과연통되어냉각수가순환되도록하는것이다. 이와같은냉각시스템에서주물본체의입구홀에삽입고정된호스블록에서유입되는냉각수는주물본체의냉각수공급통로, 주물본체의공급용유동홀, 냉각수분배용플레이트의유입로, 냉각수분배용플레이트의개방홀을통해형상스틸의냉각채널로전달되어판재로부터전달되는열에의해가열되는형상스틸을냉각시키게되고, 형상스틸의냉각채널내에서열을전달받아온도가상승한냉각수는냉각수분배용플레이트의개방홀, 냉각수분배용플레이트의유출로, 주물본체의배출용유동홀, 주물본체의냉각수배출통로및 주물본체의출구홀에삽입고

    • PURPOSE: A hot press mold having a cooling system is provided to secure stable and uniform transfer of cooling water in the mold by distributing cooling water from cooling water ducts through a cooling water distribution plate into cooling channels. CONSTITUTION: A hot press mold having a cooling system comprises a hose block, cooling water ducts(63), a cooling water distribution plate(64), and cooling channels(65). The hose block is made of a heat resistant material and coupled with a hose connected to a cooling water tank. The cooling water ducts connect cooling water supply paths to supply holes and connect cooling water discharge paths to discharge holes. The cooling water distribution plate has a plurality of openings that are connected to inlet and outlet paths. The cooling channels are distributed over the entire inside of a shaped steel and communicated with the openings formed in the cooling water distribution plate in order to circulate cooling water.

A material is provided to the blank holder through the die and blank holder. The bead power control device increases the bead power added in the material.
