    • An organic light emitting compound, and an organic light emitting device containing the compound are provided to improve color purity, to lower drive voltage and to increase luminous efficiency and brightness. An organic light emitting compound is represented by the formula 1. In the formula 1, R1 and R2 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C50 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C50 alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C5-C50 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C5-C50 heterocycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C50 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C50 heteroaryl group, -B(Z1)(Z2), -B(Z3)(Z4), -C(Z5)(Z6)(Z7) or -Si(Z8)(Z9)(Z10), but the case of R1 and R2 being identical is excluded; Ar1, Ar2, Ar3 and Ar4 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted C5-C50 cyclo alkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C5-C50 heterocycloalkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C50 arylene group or a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C50 heteroarylene group; a and b are independently 1 or 2; n is 0, 1 or 2; l, m, o, p and q are independently 0 or 1; and the case of n and o being 0 is excluded.
