    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing novel sulglycotide is provided to shorten preparation process and to improve preparation yield and product quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing sulglycotide comprises: a step of hydrolyzing pig duodenum at 60-100 deg. C and pH 7.5-9.5 for 10-20 minutes; a step of removing floating matters generated after the hydrolysis by centrifugal dehydration or using drum filtration equipment; a step of performing ultrafiltation of a reaction solution in which the floating matters are removed; a step of adding protease to the filtered liquid; a step of performing ultrafiltration of the enzyme-reacted liquid and preparing glycopeptide; and a step of adding glycopeptides into a reaction solution containing organic bases and sulfur compounds; and a step of performing sulfur reaction and ultrafiltration and preparing sulglycotide. The protease includes papain, bromelain, protease, chymotrypsin, or trypsin.
    • 目的:制备新型磺糖苷的方法,缩短制备工艺,提高制剂产量和产品质量。 构成:制备苏糖苷的方法包括:在60-100℃水解十二指肠的步骤。 C和pH 7.5-9.5 10-20分钟; 通过离心脱水或使用鼓过滤设备去除水解后产生的漂浮物的步骤; 进行漂浮物除去的反应液的超滤的工序; 向滤液中加入蛋白酶的步骤; 进行酶反应液体的超滤并制备糖肽的步骤; 以及将糖肽加入到含有机碱和硫化合物的反应溶液中的步骤; 并进行硫反应和超滤并制备苏糖苷的步骤。 蛋白酶包括木瓜蛋白酶,菠萝蛋白酶,蛋白酶,糜蛋白酶或胰蛋白酶。
