摘要： The present invention relates to a livestock carcass treatment apparatus, and, specifically, to a livestock carcass treatment apparatus, which is to prevent proliferation of a secondary environmental damage due to leachate necessarily occurring in a stamping-out burial area by preparing a treatment apparatus instead of burying livestock carcass under the ground when stamping-out to prevent contagious diffusion when the foot-and-mouth disease or the avian influenza is spread. The livestock carcass treatment apparatus comprises a fermentation tank having an entrance capable of opening and closing, accommodating livestock carcass, and having a sealed structure; pipe lines built-in within the wall and the bottom of the fermentation tank, and arranged in a zigzag form; a boiler room supplying heat through fluid circulating within the pipe lines; a leachate storage tank installed under the fermentation tank; and a roof installed above the fermentation tank. The livestock carcass treatment apparatus has advantage of preventing proliferation of a secondary environmental damage due to leachate necessarily occurring in a stamping-out burial area by preparing a treatment apparatus instead of burying livestock carcass under the ground when stamping-out to prevent contagious diffusion when the foot-and-mouth disease or the avian influenza is spread, and has an effect of reducing energy by enabling methane gas generated within the apparatus during putrefaction to be used as an energy source.
